Very unfriendly staff and prejudice staff. I work in the mall and buy here regularly and I always have problems with them. If I... had a choice I would go somewhere else on my breaks but I would not have enough time. They always forget to give condiments,napkins and straw . Today 4:50 pm January 28, 2021 staff are very loud and the smallest lady in the counter never say thank you to the customer and... she doesn?t have customer service at all. They were having a good time but if there?s customer around it?s better to turn downtheir voices since they were talking their language to avoid offending other people who don?t understand what they were talkingand laughing about. Hit and miss with this location. More often than not, this location gets really slow with their service, both drive thru and... in-store (not entirely sure if it's a staffing issue). The times I've visited the area, in-store could use some cleaning up. Thestaff themselves though (at least ones I've dealt with) are really nice and friendly. Drive thru is always a long line.
