The entrance of the place is not clear, almost lost it. Maybe Google Maps's fault. Reception staff seems new, wrong operation on... bank card. Another guy guided her to make coffee. And there's no WiFi for my iPad. Won't be back again. Read more
I was there in the am and besides the ridiculously long line up in drive thru, there was 4 people In line inside, and it still... took 15 minutes to get my coffee. The coffee was really good BTW. Whoever the lady is that was supervising did an excellent jobat managing the employees. If it wasn't for her, I may have stood their for 5 minutes at the till waiting for someone to take myorder. Got a breakfast croissant this morning through the drive through. It was literally just thrown in to the bag and then basically... out the window. The lady was very rude as well. Read more
Horrible deive thru service. It wasn't even very busy and we sat at the ordering screen for 5 minutes, nobody acknowledged we... were there, we said hello a few times and no response. We drove ahead and when we got to the window the guy thought our orderwas the car behind, I said no we didn't even order because we sat there for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Then anotherman came up and interrupted saying only one person taking orders, fine but let us know that you care we are there by sayingyou'll be with us in a moment. I tried explaining that we would have appreciated that but he shut the window on us soapparently customers are not important to Tim's at this location. The other staff member was laughing at the way the other mantreated us, whom I believe he may have been a supervisor. To not take a second to listen to a customer's concern and treat themthat way is unbelievable. There is no such thing as customer service at this location. I'm starting to wonder if it exists atall these days. Very disappointed in Tim Hortons. Read more
