Fast service, they couldn?t even check their product expiry. I ordered potato wedges and lt was so gummy, I thought I ordered a... potato gummy. And manager said sorry i will get new one but it take 10minutes to do it dang it double the time for 8 pcs ofwedges wasted my time. Im not coming back to this location. Read more

I was waiting for someone to take our order inside around 11pm and there were 4 staff as if they did not see us. It took us... like 5 mins to wait and asked them if someone's going to take our order and still she did not accommodate us.They are not intocustomer service. We ended up to just walk out. Excellent service. Restaurant was clean. There was a lady outside yelling at this kid no more than 7 years old and man I felt so... sorry for that boy. Telling him she didn't want him nor did his parents. I said excuse me but don't talk to him like that. Shegave me a dirty look and took the boy inside. Said they were their for a meeting. I couldn't imagine telling my son anythinglike that. Just awful. Sorry this wasn't about the restaurant but it just really bummed out my day hearing that non senseyesterday. Read more
Unlike any other TH I have been to, staff did not put donuts in separate sleeves before putting them in the bag. Instead, the... put a boston creme, a crueller and an old fashioned in the same bag. The chocolate from the Boston cream was scraped off andsmeared over the other two donuts and the inside of the bag. Donuts should have been placed into the bag in separate sleaves,along with napkins. When we asked for napkins after the fact, we were only given two. I had to go back and ask for additionalnapkins. One of the staff members (the manager?) walked around lackadaisically, chatting with the staff. The only plus is thestaff member taking our order was friendly. Read more
Quick grab of an average coffee. Got a few donuts to go with the coffee. The donuts just don't taste as fresh as they used to.... I wish they still baked on site. Read more
Coffee is hot. Staff could be friendlier, mood wise. You make your own. Service isn't very fast, but overall not too bad.
