This branch is really frustrating. They should consider hiring more seasoned staff who are able to work in a fast-paced team... environment. No one likes his/her order be messed up that will eventually end up paying more. It is also important to teach thestaff to apologize when they make a mess instead of trying to justify their mistakes. It was a hot day and we decided we needed a cold beverage. We entered and was greated with a warm welcome and took some time to... go through the menu options. We decided to go with the gold lemonade and passion fruit options. We took a seat to wait for ourbeverage and in a matter minutes our drinks were ready. The drinks were very refreshing especially as it hot out. Overall, its aclean, very well organized and great place for a quick drink, hot or cold. Read more
I?ve always bought the yogurt parfait for breakfast here but it seems like Tim Hortons must be feeling the struggle of the times... too because this time the cup wasn?t even half full of yogurt and had probably 6-7 berries in it. When I asked about it thedrive through person defended it saying that?s how much they always have and they offer one scoop of berries. When I mixed inthe granola it still wasn?t even half full. For $3.50, this is absolutely ridiculous pricing and quantity. I?d definitelyrecommend that people avoid it from now on unless they want to be ripped off. Read more
I always come to that store as I am waiting there until my work is open. Most of the time, the filipino manager there is the one... who was helping me. When she first served me, she was rude asking for size of drink that I ordered and no hi or thank you. Therest of the experience, always asking for size of drink with unpleasant manner and no thank you or anything. She just left me inthe till and went straight to her collegues and chat with tagalog language. I also noticed even to his collegues, she wasnt verynice to them whenever she is asking something. She always sounded like she is the boss and no please and thank you to hersubordinates. If you are a manager, you need to be a good example to your staff so that they will respect you fully. I am hopingthat next time I come there, she will be more friendly and not rude to whoever she wants. Read more
