So I hate to say this...there are more negatives than positives so let's start with the positives the morning staff great super... friendly great listening, service and also to note great location, close to home, however when it comes to the closing shiftsuper slow and I think the one night did it intentionally but I digress. Last night (August 10/22) I pre ordered a extra largecoffee have it made 10 minutes as I was just getting my dog ready and myself I get there she is talking with the customers(which is great) but multitasking is a thing you can talk and pour at the same time. I'm not an easy person to tick off but Ishouldn't have to wait on a pre order especially when my dog suffers from separation anxiety and little embarrassing at times. Iam leaving 2 stars as its no 5 stars...no tims is however for a gas station coffee shop, to conclude morning service great,night service eh that could use some working on or some fresh faces with that skill. I use this Tim's a lot as it's near my place and handy, but I have to say since the old staff, Alan and Mae etc have left the... place is terrible, it's dirty , the staff have no customer service except for the 1 girl, the staff are very slow and obviouslylacking in proper training as they mess up an order for a coffee and a muffin and give you the wrong muffin, and that's happenedon more than 1 occasion, for a small in and out place that's exactly what it should be, there shouldn't be a line up out thedoor because there's only 1 staff member up front serving at certain times, the owner needs to get a grip on this place Read more

I ordered roasted buns with butter and slices of cheddar cheese as an extra payment. They didn?t put the cheddar cheese with all... buns. When I returned them back, they just put the cheese in the old buns even they were cold. They didn?t replace them evenit?s there fault. I will not recommend this location. Read more
We mobile ordered and they baked us fresh donuts, and we only had to wait a little bit. Very worth it

Coffee is unpretentious and consistent. The new app available makes ordering a breeze and waiting in line is a thing of the... past. Staff are quick, efficient and personable. I would recommend going if you are looking for something that isn?t trying tobe something it isn?t. Read more
