I was a bit shocked to see (I'm guessing) the manager or owner working in the kitchen without gloves, a visor, or a hairnet. ... Especially when that is part of their food safety standards and all of the employees were doing it. They also made my coffeeIncorrectly, but that's pretty common at all Tim Hortons locations. The staff at this location are amazing. The amount of customers they go through in the mornings is incredible but they do it... consistently fast and efficient day after day after day. The orders are rarely incorrect, bathrooms and in house seating areaare always reasonably well maintained and they do it all with a smile. There is a super happy young woman in the window thatalways makes us smile with her perky happiness. If your in S?toon, this is the Tim?s for you, highly recommend this particularstore. Read more
Mediocre on the best day. Tim's is shockingly overrated. I don't get the Canadian loyalty to this franchise. It hasn't been... Canadian since the 90's and unless you fill your coffee with cream and sugar, it's not remotely good. The price point used to bea draw for many, but a normal coffee at Tim's versus Starbucks has a minimal difference in cost and Starbucks is far better. Theservice is also horrendous. i visited today tims at clarence stonebridge, service was terrible, there a south indian girl taking my order, she had stuckup... face, i ordered habenero chicken bawl , in few min she came up with habenero wrap, i told her i oredered bowl, she was lippywith me, then she did make me chicken bowl, but with nearly 25% chicken init, i was not happy with such a bad service, so ithought to right review and people please always double check what you order, cause staff their is worse you can see.
