I told the manager they had an incomplete menu and that their water looks free because it has no prices and all the woman with... seemingly no customer services experience says is "you are the only one to complain", I wasnt even complaining, I couldn't careless if everybody stole from the place. I'm currently in Tim Hortons Saskatoon Airport writing this review. The employee said no Tim points can be earn inside the... Airport Tim's location. They do not give points here. Whatever food you buy or even as many coffee you buy no points. Verysmiley staff. Not many varieties of donut very limited amount of choices. Spoon for yogurt is not sanitary offered no cover.Cannot trust with Covid still very much around. Service is fast but missed giving one already paid order the most important thecoffee ?.Customer reminded of the missed order, employee acknowledge the missed. Will still come back to shop not much choicearound, and the sausage farmers wrap is good warming a cold tummy,flushing with a very smooth coffee. Very limited menu!!!! I hoped to get a panini at 9:30 am to bring on my 5 hour flight but couldn't since they weren't serving... them and don't do so at all. There are salads and sandwiches sold in a fridge close by but I consider 8 dollars for a basicsandwich to be expensive. Service was basic; she got the order right but wasn't friendly. The worst. Aside from the minimal airport food options being disappointing (or at least in the area I was connecting)... this is... what they have for quick food? The lady was rude and told me "That's a toasted bagel" and did nothing about it. Great Job TimHortons. Great Job. Read more
