Waited 1 hour 45 minutes to receive our food and were missing the noodles to go with our main dish we ordered. So of course we... called and they did not even try to remedy the problem. Told us they would give us a credit for noodles. We said how are wegoing to even eat the rest of the food we ordered. They did not attempt to send another driver out with the food they had missedand we paid for it. We told them we will not order again and she did not seem to care just was silent on the phone. Would give this place 0 stars if I could food took forever wasn?t fresh, cold, and veggies were brown. Brought this to our... servers attention and she proceeded to pull apart a fresh roll to show that it was fine and clearly was not, trying to convinceus the fresh rolls were made to order while they?re chewy and stiff. took 2.5 hours to deliver our food. hung up on us 3 times when we were looking for our food. Finally spoke to someone and they... were extremely rude. Can't comment on the food. I walked in and walked out. Thought I would give this place a try. It was still 90 minutes to... closing. No one greeted us at the door so after 5 mins we decided to go find a table. Literally every single table was filthy. Nothing anywhere was wiped down. There were two carts in the dining room overflowing with dirty dishes and two tables full ofbottles of hot sauce and chili oils. Presumably sitting there waiting to be refilled. But I looked at them and all of the jarswere dirty and full of finger prints. Intuition took over and told me to get out of there as the kitchen was likely to he justas dirty. I can't imagine ever going back to give them a second chance. Instead, my partner and I found a wonderful Indianrestaurant just one block west called Urban Spice. We had a very excellent meal there. Came here to pick up lunch, they told me it would take 15 minutes. I waited in the restaurant for 40 minutes. What a joke. I... work for 10 hours a day and I didn?t get to have lunch. The service in the place is absolutely garbage. I asked what took solong and I made it clear I wasn?t happy with the service and the response I got was ?well I have your food now?. I also askedfor the ladies name who helped me, then she said I couldn?t have her name and then she proceeded to hang up on me! Their daily special is an inexpensive noodle bowl that's good value for the money The menu is excellent and in-person service... is courteous and fast. However, when I order for delivery they've occasionally forgotten an item. They do try to make up forit on future orders but it seems to happen a lot. Other than that they're awesome. Read more

Well. Not sure what happen here but the service has significantly decreased. Never actually greeted by staff at all. Pointed us... to sit wherever and most tables were empty but the dirty dishes were scattered everywhere. And stayed for at least the hour Isat there. Ppl left without ever getting their food. I asked for cutlery and the staff rolled their eyes for Theinconvenience. Food was still tasty, if you?re lucky enough to get your order. Overall, very disappointing. Read more
