Walked here for my lunch break. Designed my own wrap. Walked back to work, and there was no chicken or cheese in the wrap I... ordered. Just a wrap full of spinach. Spoke to their staff on the phone, and was told I'd receive a replacement as well as acoupon for an additional wrap. Came back to replace it(taking more time away from my job to deal with this), and was now beingtold it's just a $5 credit instead of an additional wrap like I was told on the phone. The replacement wrap had like 2 smallpieces of chicken in it. I had to dig through another pile of spinach to find it because I literally thought they made the samemistake twice. Garbage, overpriced food, and incompetent staff. I had to make a third trip back during my shift to get my moneyback. Read more
Never knew healthy can taste so good. I?m from Toronto, and was so excited to try this after getting amazing feedbacks. I loved... it?s food, and ambience. Host Ginni Malik herself took care of me. This used to be my go to location but after my last two experiences I won?t be ordering again. I reached out to Skip regarding... this issue and they refunded me $10 out of the $30 that I paid for my bowl I couldn?t even eat. Literally almost threw up when Ihad opened it up.
