Made it right! First off, I love taco time.. When ordering any take-out, most everyone knows the feeling of getting home to... find out the order was not correct. This was the case when I ordered a Taco salad a few days ago, I opened the box to find itwas not what I had ordered. I was frustrated and had a small "Karen" moment where I emailed the restaurant to complain. Withina day I received a reply back from the owner - sincerely apologizing and saying there would be a taco salad under my name whenI wanted it. Well, that was today.. and it was super fresh and delicious! There are definitely bigger issues to worry aboutthan my salad however, I very much appreciated the fast response and great customer service to keep me a happy customer. Thisis how you do it! This is the best location for Taco Time in Saskatoon. There are 3 locations closer to me and I have tried them, they're not any... where near as good as the Idlwyld location. I will drive out of my way to go get my food from this location. Staff is alwaysgreat and friendly as well. ???? Read more
Very bad experience in my life . Staff is very rude . I waited long time for my food . When I asked about my food one man... working he behave very rudely. Went through drive through Sunday morning one car ahead of me, I was in drive through a total of 12 minutes which is to long... especially when there is no line up. Classic Burrito was cold, Mexi Fries were NOT fresh and the Crusto's had been sitting for awhile before being given to me. I still paid FULL price for all of this while feeling very unsatified with the meal. This typeof experience is not just a rare occurance anymore, WHY??? On a positive note, the cold large Pepsi helped wash down the coldfood, thanks for that. Read more
2 stars in regards to the menu item 'grilled chicken'. Very deceptive to show a picture of grilled chicken breast sliced in... strips as compared to the actual product. The chicken is mushy processed formed cubes with a slight grill mark on them. This isone of the lowest quality formed chicken products I have ever seen. I am not exaggerating when I say that I can put the formedchicken product between my tongue and roof of mouth and easily pop it into a mushy explosion that quickly disintegrates. Deliverwhat is pictured on the store menu or take down the menu photos. We put up with pressed chicken parts products everywhere butthis product is so extreme I advice you to not eat it. Eat the beef or beans, but if you are choosing the chicken for healthreasons or because you like chicken, choose a different food chain. Read more
I have visited most of Tacotime in the city and i like most, but this one is worst one. so dirty place. they don?t clean front.... I have highly doubt about kitchen standard. I will never come back and will not recommend to anyone. Read more
