Looking at past reviews it doesn?t look like much has changed. Walked in and waited approx 5 min for someone to come up front.... Food was ok for TT. Was rather disappointed in the service the person behind me received. No hours posted on the door. Theemployee abruptly asks the customer to hurry up because they are closing. I check my watch and it?s 8:33. I google the store andit?s open till 9. Whole experience made me realize why I never come to this location. Obviously just looking at past reviewsthis place isn?t getting it Save the response. Talks cheap. Do something about your service. Read more
Took over 15 min to get our order made with no one else in the store. Staff took order then went to the back for a very long... time. Food was warm at best, parts of the order were wrong (asked for cheese sauce and revived queso blanco). also Out of rice.Only one staff member working at lunchtime who upsized and charged us extra for mexi fries we didn?t ask for? After having been an employee at TT many years ago and knowing what the standards are, this is by far the worst TT meal I've... had. I ordered a beef taco salad with beans and corn added. Taco shell was stale and broken, lettuce was just enough to coverthe bottom of the shell and was frozen to top it off, cheese may as well have not been put on since there was hardly any on thesalad. 3 measly squirts of an empty bottle of dressing (go grab another one if you can't get anything out), and then it wassaran wrapped to go instead of having a lid to put on. By the time it got home the plastic wrap was stuck to what was the onlydressing on the salad. Won't be coming back to this location if I do get a craving again. Read more
