Please, PLEASE stop rushing people through the drive thru. Offer a drink tray when more than one drink is ordered instead of... getting grumpy when I ask for one. This is not a one time occurrence. And please don?t assume I have tap because my securitypreference is entering a pin therefore I choose not to activate this feature. Went to dine in on a holiday Monday around 6pm. The food is always terrific and prepared in a timely manner. They were a little... busy with drive thru when we ordered so there was a very minimal wait. The gentleman working the front counter not only broughtus our meal at the table, but gave us a complimentary bag of crustos for the wait. Bravo! What outstanding customer service!Thank you! I am always impressed with this location. The food is always hot and the staff are super friendly. This is the only Taco Time in... the city I eat at now because I have never had a less than perfect experience here. The store is always very clean and looksextremely organized in the back. My coworker and I were in today and we commented on how exceptionally run this place always is.We were really impressed with how they are handling the COVID situation. There was no question about where you should be or whatyou should be doing. The staff were VERY friendly and kept everyone sure about where they should wait. The cleanliness of thestore and sanitizer locations were readily available and very reassuring. We also saw the owner cleaning very frequently whilewe were eating.
