Not a fan of tacobells food but cmon 22nd street how can you be so incompetent you don't even add hot sauce to orders of tacos... with hot sauce on the order??? What's the point of my whole order without the sauce, waste of money and time won't order fromhere again. Edit opened my food and apparently they just melt cheese and use it for the tortilla? Worst part was the ???? it came with the value box rest of it was the ok part. If you like hot!!! sauce they don't have any.
Ordered food for pick up through drive thru in the evening. Pretty sure the food expired around lunch time and nobody made new... ones because my fries were ice cold and you could tell they had been for quite some time. The tacos weren't edible either. Theshells were stale and the ingredients were older than me and I'm 33. I won't be eating taco bell ever again and would actuallygive it a negative rating if I could. I would recommend mcdicks over this any day and I consider them pretty bottom of thebarrel too. Read more

Ordered a spicy big box and the only item that was even close to warm was the fries. Called the store and they argued repeatedly... that everything was hot and fresh when they served it to me (i called less than 10 minutes after i got the order in the store)the woman i spoke to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional . I went threw drive threw I placed my order and ended up having to wait for frise but that's happened at most fast food places... but when I got home to eat I noticed they got part of my order wrong and when I tried to call about it I had to call in 5 timesbefore someone picked up then they weren't understanding me over the phone I said I was coming in when I got there they had areplacement order ready but they still managed to screw it up and when I called them while on my way back they presided to arguewith me. I order the 2 supreme beef tacos with soft shell and extra tomatoes but I originally got chicken tacos the replacementwas supreme beef hard shell and not with extra tomatoes. I recommend new management and possibly staff and I dont advise goingto this location as this is the only one to ever mess up my order and this is not the first time..... Read more
