Shortly after placing my order I received a call stating they didn't currently have the ingredient I requested (pineapple). I... said "awe that sucks, but that's okay". We receive the order, all subs (4) weren't even cut, some hardly sauced and the othersno sauce. Despite asking for extra. The bread tasted, well I don't know maybe stale or freezer burnt. Either way it didn'ttaste well and somehow maybe even undercooked. Just odd in general. Lastly, none of the subs had cheese and very littlemeat. All in all everything was gross. The veggies were soggy, bread uncooked or bad in general, no cheese, almost next to nosauce or meat and as per the picture I included the lettuce is discolored and soggy along with the other vegetables I usuallynever make a stink over service unless it's really bad. This was by far the worst in my experience. I want my money back.. I amleaving this review and I will also be calling the store tomorrow when they are open. Horribly careless and unsanitary!! So nice to have a subway inside the new U of S arena!! Grabbed a sub while I watched my nephew play his hockey game. Super... convenient & tasty. Staff were kind as well. Read more
