I order here often after work and the service is always very kind. Even when I come during busy rush hours, all the staff are... very respectful. There is always a friendly and clean environment when I enter this location. Also staff were very patient withmy grandmother. I really appreciated that. Read more
When you walk in, you can see how clean and inviting this location is. This is amplified further by the kind and friendly staff.... All of which had no problem accommodating my dietary restrictions along with my service dog. The food was delicious and madeperfectly to my liking! Even there washrooms were spotlessly cleaned! For fast and healthy food with great customer service ihighly recommend coming here. Read more
Service inside was incredibly slow and the countertop was filthy with veggies and condiments, the drink station was covered in... red sticky goo and there were large puddles of water on the floor in front of the drink dispenser with no wet floor sign. Allthis despite there being a visible 6 employees working and literally 2 customers in the store... and then the debit machine asksfor a tip?! For what? Tips are to reward good service or for delivery type persons. My bf and I ordered on the app, we went in to wait and the girl was nice and seemed friendly, the guy on the other hand was... really rude. He was getting mad at the girl for I don't know what and while he was making our sandwiches he was throwingeverything around. When it came to the sauce, he tried one I wanted it was empty, he just threw it back into the bin and grabbedthe other one I wanted and didn't even try again with the other one. Super slow drive-thru on a Monday. When we finally got to order, the staff taking our order was practically incompetent. To add... insult to injury, my girlfriend?s meal was missing a bag of chips when the staff was told to include a bag of chips as a meal.We did not receive a receipt either, so trying to talk to the staff about the mistake was equally as difficult as the orderingprocess. Subway is one of my favorite places. However, this time experience was not great. The person who made our subs was really good... and was polite. But when we came home to eat our sub, it was unfortunately half burnt. We have been eating subs since years andnormal toasted would never look like this. May be the person was new. It was half burnt, too much toasted. Quality of thingsinside were good but not a great experience for sure.. Read more
This Subway is utter garbage. I come in 4 one day and 5 the other day and they have no meatballs. I say I'm willing to wait and... both times they say they aren't making any more meatballs. Utterly ridiculous. No other Subway have I had them tell me that.Will never go to this Subway ever again, nor will I go to any others owned by the same person. Read more
