I ordered on the app, the money was taken off my card and when I arrived at the correct Subway location, they said it wasn't... recieved. The app says it's made and the money was taken but would be refunded within 24-48 but I could pay for it again at themoment. Very inconvenient as I was in a location no where near my house. Nice clean and modern store. There are some really great, friendly employees. Came in with a coupon from a coupon book, which... didn?t work, unfortunately, but they were able to come up with a solution, and offered me a free cookie for theinconvenience. Had an amazing experience at this subway last night. The two young staff members were awesome, and made my sub to perfection.... Typically at the the subway near my place, I have an argument with the staff every time, because they do not put what I ask foron my sub; for example extra spinach. I like my subs loaded with it, as I do not get lettuce, and the subway near my place putsthe bare minimum on my sandwich, literally 6 pieces of spinach on each half (I counted one day). Last night I went to thislocation, and was beyond happy when I asked for that extra spinach and was given the amount I like and expected. Ordered online so I couldn?t see them do it, I asked for extra cheddar cheese, got one mozzarella apparently (which I didn?t... order) and zero cheddar. Way too much dressing. the workers absolutely refused to help with my order stating ?I saw them put iton? horrible customer service in regards to their error. Subway never fails to fail. On a separate occasion, after a avoidingthis location for months, I tried again. I ordered a side which they never gave to me. So I?m out of money again. At least theyput a smiley face on the sub. This subway can be very busy during the week due to it being close to a high school. In my experience here the subs are very... skimpy on toppings compared to other subway locations. I personally try to avoid this location however when I have eaten here ithas been OK but not great. Read more
I've ordered through Subway App, and asked for Yellow Mustard, Mayonnaise, Sweet Onion, BBQ sauces but only got a little BBQ n... Yellow Mustard. I'd called but No one answered my call and left voice mail, and didn't received any call back. Next day morningI called them but the staff was so rude, I'd kept on telling that I'd called you to give a feedback but keep on telling I cannotgive you refund or new sub. I told her, I'm not asking for any free stuffs just called for feedback. She had arrogantly repliedmy Manager will look into this and will be here after 5 pm.
