Ordered 2 party platters for a children's birthday party for a 10:30 pick up. Upon arriving they said I had confirmed it for... 1:00 pm (despite me showing them several times that my confirmation says 10:30 am). The manager called the store and said theycouldn?t have it ready until 1.
