State & Main is one of our favourite go to places, mainly for the ‘Main Burger’. This evening we used Skip the dishes to... order our dinner. It’s always a gamble when ordering two of the same meal on Skip because you have to wonder if the cooksalways see the 2 beside the order. Our meal arrived missing one of our burgers. We contacted State & Main because we were verymuch looking forward to it. The girl who answered the phone was very kind and polite, and the manager Dave was phenomenal. Hepersonally offered to bring us a new one, which in our minds was above and beyond already. We know how short staffed everywhereis right now including the restaurant industry and this was way more than we could have asked for. Dave arrived with our mealand on top of that they added in two desserts. This was way above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much State & Mainfor a wonderful meal and even better service. Had happy hour drinks and appetizers today. Super fresh and tasty tacos and calamari, and the old fashioned is legit. I... appreciated the kind and thoughtful servers as well. I'm fussy and this was an easy 5 star. Read more
We had a large group for a meal today and we're all so disappointed with out meals. The steak was so bland and and tough, the... only good thing on the plate was the potatoes. Also the the pasta was barely cooked and tasteless. The service was the onlygood thing about this restaurant. Read more

I just give them 2 stars due to the quality of the food and their friendly staff. The taste of the steak was awesome and unique.... Also we had Chicken tenders which tasted like other restaurants and over cooked. They were all light brown. I did not complainthat day because it was our third wedding anniversary and I did not want to ruin our day. The cutlery and the plates were allstained! Even I guess they just wipe them off and put them aside for the next customer! I do not know what are they doing therebut our plates that day were so dirty! Read more
