Always super friendly and efficient. Always walk out in a better mood bc of the staff.
Pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a refresher but didn't name one in particular and told Anthony that I couldn't choose... and he just got me. I get up to the window and he hooks me up like a gentleman. I'm not sure if he was the genius who addedpeach juice to my refresher or is it was another of the phenomenal staff but I am currently sipping a cup of euphoria thanks tothe staff here, I've never had a bad experience at this starbs! This branch should be a favourite. The staff is extremely happy, polite and friendly, it is probably because management is... actually doing their job pretty well. The store is impressively clean and feels safe. Their concoctions are consistent andservice is not just quick but very efficient. This branch should be the face of the brand. Great job to the team! I could not believe how awesome the staff were in the drive through! I parked a mile away from the speaker so I just got out and... the girl laughed it off with me. As she was making my coffee, a male staff member came to the window and asked if I was alright? because I was leaning over my car! The drinks were not just thrown together they were genuinely crafted with care! I willDEFINITELY be back. This is my favourite Starbucks in the city. Read more
The staff that are incredibly kind and personable. I had a bad day and went through this drive-thru to grab a quick coffee. I... have been to this drive through quite a bit since it opened and not once have I been disappointed or the staff been anything butexceptional. Not only were the staff quick, especially considering how new the location was and how complex being a barista canbe, but the Woman working the drive-thru was kind enough to chat with me for the minute or two it took to get my coffee. An houror so later I realized that she drew a beautiful sunflower/sun-like design on my cup that honestly made my entire day.Compassion and empathy for customers isn't something staff are paid/trained to do, but this sure turned my day around.
