Not my first time at Shoeless Joe's. Usually, it's great! We decided to order online this time. I ordered the maple peppercorn... bacon & cheddar burger which was good. My husband, however, got their buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. This sandwich is aglorified chicken tender in a dinner roll with some pickles. What's worse is it is similar in price to the burger I ordered,which was significantly larger. The sandwich was $19.79 and the burger was $19.35. **UPDATE** After my previous review, I had the opportunity to have a conversation with Ryan, who expressed genuine concern, an... invitation to return and commitment to make our next experience a better one . I felt his response went above and beyond theusual, and he clearly takes pride in his business. I’ve added a star to my review because I appreciate his response, we’lllikely be back, thanks Ryan. Seems like a nice place but here was our experience. We arrived at around 1:30pm Sunday afternoon- cleared our bill with our server when her shift ended at 3pm. We moved to another section to have a better view of thefootball game, we planned to have a meal as well. We sat from 3:00-5:30pm, watched the game and no one stopped by our table theentire time to ask if we needed anything. Two servers and who we assume was the owner or manager walked by our table severaltimes and didn’t acknowledge us. We left, walked across the street to Boston Pizza lounge and had our dinner there. Loved it. Great food with huge portions! Was over stuffed! Our server, I think his name was Mike, was fun, had lots of patience... with some hangry ppl (me lol) and fast. Thanks for making our first experience there so great! Read more
The food is always really good, and our waitress made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Service was okay and most of the food is just okay as well, certainly not worth the price. However the fettuccine bolognese is... disgusting. It tastes really old and has no bolognese flavour at all. It was entirely inedible. However the server was verykind and took it off our bill. Read more
Place was beautiful and service was great. Loved it. Right place to chill. But the food was okay and the prices were too high.... At Montanas 3 Appetizers, 2 drinks and 1 kid meal would cost around $60 plus taxes, same here it was $100. Read more
I went there with my friend and ordered Maple Peppercorn Bacon & Cheddar And Lumberjack Burger thay were amazing cooked just... perfect, juice and delicious I went 2nd time and get some beer with food but the beer were not cold and I told the waitress thatthe beers are not cold she said ohh I'm sorry about that! let me know if you need something else!?!?! The food and service are great. A special shout out to Annie who makes the dining experience at SJ super enjoyable. She provides... exceptional service and is extremely friendly and upbeat.
