The pizza was clearly carried in a shopping bag. All the topping were on one side and stuck to the box.

We ordered pizza and a greek salad. The pizza was hands down the BEST pizza I have had yet in Saskatoon. We had the Santa Lucia... special and a pepperoni for the kids. The greek salad however was extremely disappointing and was more like a tossed salad inmy opinion. It was a huge container of iceberg lettuce with a few cucumbers, 4 tomato slices, 6 black olives and a few purpleonion slices - definitely NOT worth $13.95. A greek salad should contain peppers and the other vegetables with very little to nolettuce. We will be back for the pizza! Read more

Been here twice, the commercials say ?it?s all about the sauce.? I can not begin to describe my monumental disappointment with... the lack there of. It tasted like a Walmart frozen pizza, the one at the back of the freezer for a month. It certainly is notall about the sauce. Read more

The reason for my lowest score possible, reflects telephone communication. Had the phone call to place an order went smoothly.... The order would fees my family ages 11 to 73 , I am truly at a loss. I have not tasted Santa Lucia Pizza, I heard the tv,radioadvertisements and was super excited to order here. Finally. I've been reading feedback on here. The answer seems to be, talk tothe manager. Pizza was under cooked, cheese wasn?t melted in the middle. Cheese was not browned in any way. And it was cold by the time I got... it. Assuming it was once hot. Once I broiled it myself it was decent. Order came right when they said it would. Dry ribs weregood. Hopefully someone just had an off night. I did not talk to a manager. By they time I got the food I just wanted to eatand go to bed. If you would like I can gladly call and talk to a manager? I am not trying to get anything, just trying to giveconstructive criticism. The young man that assisted us last night was very courteous and patient as we placed our order. Never been to this pizza place... but I'm definitely loving it already. The crust wasn't oily like most places and it was nice and crisp but still soft. We gotthe Healthy Choice and the Montenegro, and Healthy Choice was a must! Parking is quite horrible and the area they are locatedis a bit shady, so that's a downside. Read more
