This location is beautiful. The store decor is beautiful. The staff friendly and prompt. They were busy but promised 15 minutes... for my pizza and nachos to be ready and it was. The food was still hot when i got home 10 minutes later and it was reallydelicious. My only complaint was the crust seemed to have less sesame seeds on it than i have had in the past from the Faithfullocation BUT that is a minor thing and i definitely will be ordering again. I've ordered the corriander chilli chicken for years. Today, i will have to reconsider ever going back to this location. I... asked for extra cilantro... this is absoluty brutal and there is next to no chicken !!! Read more
Update Since this review: The manager has contacted me and has addressed all my concerns. Original Review: Ordered for a... workplace gathering and most of the pizzas were over cooked and they don?t offer any deals for businesses after asking. It?s ashame, other pizza places do. I recommend them if your looking for a single pizza but for a workplace gathering and bulkordering it?s worth going somewhere else. Also for some reason I couldn?t get a new receipt at the counter despite the top of itsaying ?order is voided, customer did not show up? which isn?t the best when you need it to expense the pizza. Very disappointing. I have had Swan Pizza several times before so I had high expectation going in. First of all, the... presentation was not appetizing. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed that the pieces were not together; rather they were allover the place (like in the picture). The shape of the pizza was interesting as well. It wasn't round hence wasn't cutproportionally at all. Moreover, the crust for one of the pizza was very, very soggy. I could barely hold a piece in my hand aseverything was falling apart, and it was making the cardboard box wet at the bottom. Swan Pizza used to be one of my favouritepizza places, so this was a very disappointing experience. Maybe because this is one of the newer locations. Read more
Ordered some pizza for a family event over 8 hours in advance using their own website. Arrived at the pick up time only to be... told that I needed to wait an additional 20 minutes as it wasn't ready which turned out to be over a half hour. Then was toldthere would be a discount for the issue but never ended up receiving any discount when came time to pay. Employees seemed verydisorganized. Disappointed and won't order from here again.
