We love Red Swan's pizza! I would and do recommend their pizza to anyone. However, tonight I was very disappointed. My husband... placed an online order at 7:30 am this morning. Pick up for 6. I showed up at 6 and there was no order there for me. Theyspent a few minutes trying to find it and then told me to give them 5 minutes. I already knew that my order had not beenprepared an I ended up waiting for nearly 30 minutes. This is the fourth time this has happened. Each time I came from worktired and wanting to go home. It really upset me that they were not honest about losing my order and did not try to make itright. We absolutely love their pizza but with customer service like this, it is hard to stay a customer. I had this pizza again today for the first time in around 6 years....and it was just as good as it was back then. I am what you... would call a hard core meat eater and love verns pizzas thick pizza like no other. But these guys make a great pizza....thecrust is almost as delicious as the pizza itself. You guys make amazing pies don't ever change suppliers or recipes!!! Thelunch special of a personal 8" pizza and a can of pop for approximately $6.65 taxes in is the best lunch deal I have seen inover a decade where quality exceeds price. We always buy RS Pizza. Even in Humboldt. This place on Faithful the pizza was dry, not really any of the great pizza sauce we... are used to...where is it all? ...all 3 pizzas we bought like this :( Read more
