Most pathetic customer service(Kensington). I just came back from there(had two orders, one for dine in and other one to take... out, total worth $50 almost.. for the take out, I ordered delux sandwich and they gave me the classic one which looks undercooked, soggy and not fresh at all. When I called to complaint, the girl on the phone behaved very rudely. And its not the firsttime I am disappointed. Definitely not going there again. Read more

Poor management, ordered a 4pcs platter with fries and mashed. The manager didnt put the fries and gave me a medium drink.... Called the store and the manager kept saying I was in the wrong, which im not. poor customer service would not recommend dealingwith her and very poor attitude. Read more

I ordered a family 'tenders' meal using the mobile app and arrived about 10 minutes before the set pickup time, which was a ½... hour from the time I placed the order. I waited another 15 minutes past the p/u time. While I was waiting, I counted 6 SkipThe Dishes orders go out and at least another 6 walk-in customers place and get their orders. After finally receiving my orderand taking it home (a 5 minute drive), we found that not only was everything cold, but the chicken was tough and so salty thatit was inedible. Before this order we have only ever had chicken sandwiches from Popeyes and have never had any complaints butthis experience has turned us off of ever ordering from Popeyes again. Read more

I ordered 5 piece chicken. It wasn't cooked properly I couldn't even eat it at all. Bad chicken not a good service I went to the... 8th street one they served great chicken it was cooked and taste really good. Make sure to fry the chicken until it finish thetime don't take it out 1 minute before otherwise people won't be able to eat it. The chicken was so soft inside and not cookedit was so disgusting.
