I just ordered a meat lover stuffed crust and was told it was going to be an hour? and I?m fine with that. However it shows up... in 15 minutes, not even enough time to make it. It shows up cold and was absolutely disgusting. I was asked if I wanted areplacement, I declined. Lesson learned?. Never again. I used to come to this location but no more! I ordered pizza from them told me 30 min. Waited an hour ???? called back the lady... literally had no idea what is going on. They made up some excuse and told me sorry we can't do anything for you. Honestly I getit it's a big franchise they don't need to care for customers or even have decent customer service to deal with problems, weshould not be ordering from these franchises anymore anyways. Guys you need to improve your staff integrity. When it's a veggie pizza order, you need to cut it with a different or clean... pizza-blade. Even after giving specific instructions to cut the veggie pizza with a 'non-contaminated/ clean' pizza blade; theopposite was witnessed. Staff integrity is a much bigger issue than the wait time (although that too can be improved). And allthis comes down to poor management. If your workers are not taught or trained to respect and provide quality customer service,there are many issues that can arise as a result. Advice to management: Work on teaching your staff the importance of qualitycustomer service, and implementation should be done using positive reinforcement. This would take care of many issues, whilemaking your staff feel welcomed at the workplace. Do not drop your service quality standards to save a couple cents in thepresent. This will cost you more with a loss of customers in the long run. Read more
