This pizzahut is much much better than Broadway but still I had problem with their own delivery and wasn't as good as their... pizzas. I always order pizza from this place because they make them wonderful and delicious. Read more

I ordered a 14? and 3 12? pizzas on a really hot day. When I was at the store to pick it up it wasn?t ready on time. I waited 10... min. I wasn?t happy about it. When I got home and opened the boxes 3 of the pizzas were the wrong kind, one was under cooked,and one was burnt. I called the Pizza Hut on primerose, to complain but no one said sorry and the manager told me to bring thewrong kinds back and to pick up the right pizzas about an hour later. It was so hot that day and we were so hungry. And I wantthem to deliver it etc. the final decision was I got credit for next time and to just eat the pizza. But when I told her theyshould apologize first about their mistake she hung up on me. What a terrible service. I?m so disappointed. I will never usePizza Hut again. Read more

How does a Pizza Hut offer over the phone pick up or delivery orders if they don?t answer the phone? This is the second time... this has happened, last time we were ordering from our car outside the restaurant and no one was answering the phone so we wentinside to order and there was staff standing right by the phones. I order from them quite frequently (1-2 times every two weeks) and I must say they are pretty average. Their pizza tastes great,... and price is reasonable for sure. Especially if you get their specials or different deals throughout the week. There arehowever, two things that I disliked quite a bit from my experiences. Firstly, not all the delivery drivers wear their masksproperly even after being asked. (I?m not talking under the nose that is would be manageable, I'm talking wearing their maskunder their chin. May as well not even wear a mask at that point. Then walking straight into the kitchen!). My second complaintis it seems none of the staff know prices for the specials at all. I am being charged a different price almost every time I go.Maybe it?s the fast rotation in staffing but this should be figured out. Overall though those are my only two complaints andthey seem to run a very good business at this location. I will continue to order from here. Read more

They screwed up my order last night. These were the honey garlic wings I ordered, with barely any sauce, so basically plain.... Then I fill out the survey and tell them to email and not call me. The next day I get woken up by a phone call telling me that Iordered wrong and can?t read because I didn?t notice they?re now honey bbq and I thought they were honey garlic. So this guythat phoned me clearly can?t read, and has absolutely terrible customer service. Will not ever order from this location (orchain) again! Service is worse than their crappy food. Glad to see I?m not alone, seems like you get more bad reviews thengood. Maybe you should do something about your management at this store, it?s awful. Read more
