If there is any miscommunication between cashier and customer, the employee have a common sense to correct the mistake. I got... small size butter chicken poutine and asked for green onions. While the guy with tattoos was serving my friend, he asked forwhite onion on one. But the boy misunderstood and put in both. Now instead of giving new box he argued. Yesterday, I ordered a Large Fries. When I asked for 2 sachets of Cajun Seasonings, an employee named ARSHDEEP denied it very... rudely and told that they can only give 1 Cajun Seasoning per order. That?s not the problem, the problem is she denied veryinstantly and so disrespectfully even before I could complete my sentence. I?m ready to pay but at least ask me. There?s noissue of paying $0.50 for a $16 order but you have to inform customer about the policy politely and give them an option to pay.She just ruined my whole mood for 50cents.
