My wife and son order there sub. I was never asked for what I wanted. They went to the next customer. Myself personally I order... two subs for myself. I felt like wow you can?t count. a nice change up from subway! i lived in a place where there was no mr sub so it was nice to get some different stuff! i feel... like their meat is a little bit better than subway! i got the assorted meat sub and was pretty impressed! would defentily goagain! Read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was there on Jan 18th for pickup. The gentleman working in the evening shift was busy... with cell phone and pointed finger to a bag, I asked him is this fir my pickup, no reply. also no welcome hi hello, nothanks-goodbye. 0 for customer service. When we ordered the man sliced himself and ran to clean his wound and bandage it. The other person took over and I repeated my... order. Then he took forever to do the 2 subs. I wanted the pizza sub to be toasted but he wrapped it and put it in the bag. Iwasn't going to repeat myself again. It was hard to understand what they were asking because of their heavy accent but I justordered how I usually do when I go to any sandwich shop. Service was not good. Taste was okay but nothing memorable. Only thingthat that was memorable was while we were waiting for our subs a vehicle went into the ditch right outside! No one was hurt lol???? ???? Read more
