I understand it's busy and it's short-staffed. Upon entering the drive-through I just received my drink no straw I waited for a... few minutes and then was told by the drive-through clerk to move to Space 2 and I did. I ended up waiting for over an hour formy order ,and the only reason that I received my order is because I called the store. She immediately rectified the situationand got the lazy employee Austin to finally bring me my food which had been sitting there for a good hour. I hadn't received astraw and my food was cold and I had to home and reheat it. On a good note she did offer me a free sandwich next time I camein. I hope they don't allow this to happen again. 0 stars if I could. Time after time horrible service, constant mix ups in our order, and very very slow. One time it took a half... hour to get my meal after ordering. I wanted to give this location a chance but we order here pretty frequently and it?s notchanged. Don?t waste your time her you?ll get faster and better service across the city. Read more
Called manager to let her know that a mistake was made with our order after we returned home. The manager was unapologetic and... asked that we return to pick up the missing item. We had a very disappointed person waiting for his burger while the rest of thefamily ate their hot food. I was told that she would speak to the staff about the mistake. Why not set up a business that haschecks and balances? This isn?t cheap food and gas is expensive! I won?t be supporting this location again. Read more
Another bad review for this McDonalds? Shocking!!! On multiple occasions I?ve gone inside to order food and every time it?s... taken well over 20 minutes to receive my take out orders. Today I decided it would be quicker to go through the drive through.While it was less then 20 minutes, it took 10 after I paid to receive my 3 drinks and 1 McFlurry. Even the A&W in this area hasbetter service time. Considering it?s august long I was hoping I?d get better service then usual. Looks like that 1.5 pay stillisn?t enough for these kids. The drive-thru staff is always cheerful and pleasant. The fries are almost always hot and fresh, which is just how you want... them. And even during busy periods, the service is smooth and fast. The only issue is that about 25% of the time, they don'tgive me a straw and I don't realize until I've driven away! Read more

Took a little over 20 minutes to receive our order (curbside pickup). Fries were cold. Ordered a coke zero, what we received was... definitely not that. The big mac had nothing between the top bun and the centre bun (see photo). Read more
This was the second worst meal I've had from the McDonald's franchise. I did the drive through, the fries were cold, the burger... was luke warm at best... At least the drink was cold (as it should be). This location has been more consistent in the past. Read more
