Went in after 4 pm and none of the staff could care less but they took care of other people and not my race of been white. The... night manager started to get ticked off with staff. i walked out do to not been served so i went somewhere else to get food.Must say the service is so bad now at this location. This is another reason to leave Canada due to staff like that. Very upsetthe way i was treated and for staff to serve their own kind and forget about white people. Read more

Their staff is a bunch of lazy people in the morning. The drivethrough lady in the mornings is not only repulsive in her... attitude but also not pleasing at all to look at. They love to pretend the milkshake machine is "broken" or "needs to becleaned" conveniently right in the morning whenever shes working. You guys are best off firing her cause shes doing nothing buthurting your business. Read more
Poor and very unfriendly customer service. Having worked customer service myself over a decade there is a component of your job... that requires you to be friendly to your customers wether you ?feel? like it or not. Nobody here seems to understand that. Whenyou are getting your morning coffee as a start to your day a cheerful good morning or a good morning at all goes a long way toyour customers. Maybe consider a new job or career path if you hate working there so much? I will be driving out of my way to goanother location further away and out of my way to avoid this location. Read more
The dining area had no clean tables. I tried to get someone's attention to get a rag to wipe our table and was ignored. The... bathroom was terrifyingly filthy. It wasn't that busy so there was no excuse for how bad the restaurant looked. Read more
Horrible experience! Took 20 min to get my order and we placed our own order. They purposely cleared the screen to make their... times look good. It took the team 25 mins to get our order done and it was a simple coffee. We said it was taking too long when everyone around... us took their orders first and the gentleman said it was the machine and then they said it was because he was new. after 20 mina we asked for their manager and she came out, she then made us repeat the order and was upset because we didn't ?speak up. Ittook her 5 mins to get the coffees done and then we did t receive even an apology. Finally, my father got upset and then thelady said I'm sorry there is nothing I can do.
