Ordered 2 meals ?super sized? and only got medium fries. Went into the store and the Manager stated I only ordered large drinks.... I explained I wanted meals super sized, and he was more interested in arguing semantics about how I ordered, than accommodatingme. I even offered to pay for them and he continued to argue. Very disorganized location. Much of the order didn?t suffer but, we ordered 2 large drinks at the kiosk and a double Big Mac. We... were told the large cups were unavailable and were given a regular Big Mac with absolutely no offer to reimburse the downgradeditems. These guys need to get their house in order. Read more
I was totally disgusted with the lack of cleanliness in both the front ordering and cooking areas! You can tell the counters and... tables had not been wiped down with, garbage was overflowing and on the floor. While we waited for our food, I saw the workerswere handling food with no latex Gloves, hair was hanging down, food on the floor as well as other garbage. If we hadn't paidfor our food we would have left. Our fried tasted like they were cooked in stale oil. So disappointed! Read more
I?ve been eating food from this McDonald?s well over a decade. Often have got cold food, coffee and too salty fries. I?ve picked... up numerous drinks with no syrup taste. Im stuck with a litre of carbonated water. Staff should be testing their soft drinksregularly. Plenty ignorant staff. I try to pick up food at late hours and they claim their system is down majority of thevisits. I try to get ice cream and staff claim the machine isn?t operational. Terrible service was received today, or rather no service at all. We waited for 1/2hr and never received anything, not even our... coffee. We asked for a refund at that point as we did have somewhere to be, never did I imagine it would take longer than 1/2hrto get our simple order of 3 coffee and 3 sandwiches (I wonder if we could have stayed longer?how much more time would havepassed before it was ready?). The sad part was, we were not the only ones waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. I watched the staff work the breakfast shift while waiting for My order. I realized how efficient these people are. Yes the odd... thing may get forgotten once in a while but the number of customers and how fast they have to be to get orders out it isunderstandable. Read more
Typical of no standards staff. Food was a joke fries cold and found a frozen one in the mix. Burger you can see through, cold... also and so generous on the added bacon. Nuggies were hot and fresh at least DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Read more
Always a little hectic but the people treat you nice there and do their best to get the order right. There's been a few mistakes... but they are often quick to correct it. My most recent trip was easy come easy go. I recommend. It's the arches you know whyyou're there haha. Read more
