Went in to order breakfast today for take outno one at cash register to take order so went to order at the self order machine no... receipt given at machine waited for 25 min 6 other customers had come in and gotten there food first and were sitting down andeating already, my family member came in and asked what was taking so long as it had been 25 min and other customers were eatingone crew member said he was the only one there today which was not true as 4 other workers could be seen other customers inrestaurant told us that we needed to have patience and to f off after receiving our meal 30 min after ordering the employeesaid to have kindness all we did was wait patiently we didn't say anything for 30 min then we asked what was taking so long wedidn't need to have staff and customers make us feel like we were in the wrong. Got our food and the burritos looked like theywere stepped on and hashbrowns cold If I could leave a 0 rating I would it was dirty and staff was using there unloved hands tograb meet from trays Horrible service horrible quality and not fast food it was slower than molasses Read more
Just pulled up to McDonald's on 51st at just about 10:30. They had my order ready in less than a couple of minutes and they... didn't mess it up!!! Best McDonald's in the city, good on the night crew!!! Read more
Had to wait for the employees to stop chatting to order. After my order was done they didn't tell me it was mine they just... tossed the bag on the counter. The fries were cold. Every other McDonald's in the city is better. Read more
Girl at drive through was nice but when I got home with my order, the box that said mc double was a big Mac fries were cold, no... sauce for nuggets and caramel iced coffee was gross. :/ Read more
I am so grossed out by the lack of cleaning in this place. Wet rags left around, all the tables were dirty, the pilons caked in... dirt and food and looked like they'd never been cleaned before, bathroom was disgusting. The walls and any wipable placeshaven't been touched in a long time. It was very clear they need to hire a cleaner as they are too busy to keep up with thispart of the business. Read more
I'm not sure if they drank it or just didn't fill it all the way but it's agitating beyond what I'm wanting to put up with.
No surprise that the ice cream machine was again not in service. Asked for extra mayo on the side for a Mcchicken and for hot... mustard for nuggets. I asked at the pick up window if there was extra may on the side and was told yes. Why oh why shouldanyone have to check that there order is correct. The entire franchise has gone down hill and us relying on the good name itused to have!! Read more
Very dirty for the patrons that eat inside. Pop dispensers aren't clean. Floor and tables are filthy. Bathrooms reek. Food is... good. Please clean properly. Read more
