We were fortunate enough to hold an... amazing 80th birthday party in Mano's small meeting room (40 people). From the first time I called to inquire and chat with themanager Taso, to further follow up on plans (via email and phone) and the actual event- the service and communication werebeyond top-notch! Our server (Adrian) was fully engaged with our guests and didn't miss a beat. His service was impeccable andquick! We had a big group and there was no lull time or a time we were left needing a beverage. He and his other colleagues evenhelped us decorate the room in record time! Fantastic food, great drink options, get some extras like bread to start on the restaurant side. Will have to try the lounge... next. The price, flavour, quality, quantity, and service all match up to a wonderful dining experience!! Expect to pay approx18-34 a place ($25 for chicken tenders, $34 or so for ribs). Mano’s has the most beautiful patio in town. It’s green and gorgeous- a must see. Julianna was our server today, and she... just got the highest percentage tip I’ve ever left in a restaurant. She was friendly and attentive, and I was actually able tomake eye-contact with her across the patio. That’s so rare. The make all the great Greek food you’re craving- but try thehot, crispy dry ribs that go perfect with blue cheese dipping sauce. Read more

We haven't been to Mano's in a very long time. We went there for lunch with family on February 27/2022. The server was great.... This review has nothing to do with him. We had an "incident" with one of the soups, which kind of ruined lunch for everyone atthe table. No manager, or staff of higher authority came to apologize to the table. The poor, equally horrified waiter had tohandle it himself. We appreciated the discounts, and complimentary meal, but it would have been nice for it to have beenaddressed by a manager as well. I personally had the "Next Level Mac & Cheese" which was partially described as having "crabmeat and a rich cheese sauce". however, there was a sincere lack of the crab meat (meaning there was actually none), and themeal itself was pretty bland. Also, 3 of the 4 toilets in the washroom had urine droplets on the seats. Probably won't be back.ever. Read more

Amazing. The lamb was cooked and seasoned to perfection. There were 6 shanks on the plate. It came with soup or salad, a side... and vegetables for $32. Ten lamb shanks at Costco are $45. I couldn't make this meal for that price. Read more

Not our first family visit to Mano’s on 8th street, and wont be the last, the calamari was really crispy and cooked perfectly... and I absolutely would recommend it. The chicken lemon rice soup is a personal fave and is never a miss so I had to have a bowl.As an entree I had the salmon with a stuffed baked potato and veggies as a side. Everything was plated nicely. Unfortunately theveggies were too unseasoned for my liking and the baked potato was kind of dry I suppose, it seemed like it had been somehowdehydrated, but the salmon was good enough, it was cooked right, I added some lemon and salt to it because it was a tad bland.Not sure I would call that a $30 meal, but it wasn’t terrible. The bathrooms are very clean, my daughter even said it“smells nice” when we went in and they are wheelchair friendly, my toddler daughter could reach the sink easily withoutassistance. Our server Adam was very polite, attentive and well spoken and a overall a great server. Service and atmosphere aredefinitely something they pride themselves in. Read more
