Ordered food at 5:30 for a 6:10 pickup. Order tracking said my food was ready. I go in to pick it up and a server nonchalantly... and non apologetically tells me it won't be ready for at least another half hour. This isn't a one off either, the food is neverready on time. Update to previous 3 star review from last year. Changed to 5 stars as it keeps getting better. I go there often. And they allow... dogs on the patio and even post pictures inside. My friends enjoy meeting here. Read more

acceptional service every visit. staff are always very kind and welcoming, food is always great and portion size is reasonable... for the price. wait times are a little long, waited very long even when we were one of 3 people there (the other two alreadyserved) and food was left under food lamp a little long and forgotten about even when it wasnt busy. 90% of the time nocomplaints though, would go again Read more

Very difficult to order takeout. You can't call the restaurant to order, which I find to be a silly idea. I tried using the... website but it takes forever. My wait time would've been an hour for takeout because you can't order food right away. I wantto order a burger and fries but question after question comes up. When I finally got the burger order figured out I wanted toorder a second identical burger meal but they made me do another customization process. Ugh. Finally it came to the final pageand I have to pay for my food up front? Why can't I pay when I pick it up? I wanted my wife to pick up our food on her way homefrom work but she needs my credit card to show the restaurant to receive the order.
