They don't seem to care if your fries or chicken are fresh. The fries could have been taken from the trash they were that cold... and bad. The chicken piece in the big crunch doesn't cover the bun it's on anymore? Really bad experiences multiple times toonly get the same problem over and over. this location like many others, offers good tasting chicken, gravy is flavorless, chicken is greasy, fries arent crispy for... long. better to eat in and eat it as soon as it comes. Read more

KFC has really gone down hill, not just this location. I understand with supply costs increasing they would have to compensate... to reduce profit loss. I always would buy regularly the Big Crunch sandwich combo. The chicken piece size has reduced to lessthan half what it was and the taste is no longer as good. The quality has gone down. All for a bit more money than they used tocharge for a bigger and better product. I purchased my LAST item from KFC officially yesterday. I tried one last time at adifferent location than I have tried earlier in the month. Sadly disappointed. The entire franchise seems to have gone for theless size n quality to maintain their profits. Well my money wont be counted in any profits they may potentially make. Althoughbased on their new product size and quality, they may just put themselves out of business. ???? Read more

Unprofessional staff and food were reheated or refried more than once. I have visited this place couple of times and found they... reheat or refried their food more than once. They want to make a profit out of that business, with no customer service ormaintaining good standards. When I was using a coupon which was for online ordering (there were no specifications on the couponabout online ordering), the attendant who was taking my order was very unprofessional and sarcastic while explaining to me aboutthe coupon. I have the same experience with other locations on 8th Street about the food being reheated or refried. I will skipgoing to KFC. Read more
Terrible we ordered 2 Big Crunch sandwich combos. On one they put cheese and bacon which we did not want and charged us for it.... The other they made it a spicy one whic we did not want. We were in store ordering these but the counter person did notunderstand English. I have no problem with people who do not speak or understand English but they should not be taking orders Read more
Worst customer service ever and attitude of the employes. I Ordered a take out at 10.15pm and when i reached the restaurant the... front door was closed and employee told to come through drive way to collect the order but none was there at the drive waycounter. Still I waited for a while but no one came at the counter and when I returned to main door the employee came out andargued that i never came through the drive through and she was demanding me again to came through the drive through again,Though i was standing out of the hotel at chilling whether. I never understand why they keep the main door closed at 10.15 pmwhen the business hours ends only at 11.00pm. Colonel please provide customer care trainings to your employees. Read more
