While the food is good (4'ish stars), customer service is terrible (1 star). We ordered from here twice within a week. The... first time they messed up on a dish and gave us something we didn't order, but whatever, it wasn't a huge deal . We thenordered about 8 different dishes (some had multiples so not having to make 12 different dishes) which cost about $150 and Icalled over 45 minutes before we were wanting to pick it up. They didn't say time-wise it would be a problem, so when we gotthere for the 6:00 pick up we had to wait an extra half hour. They didn't start it until we got there and then we were told itwas taking so long because it was a big order. When we told them this was why we called them almost an hour before we wanted tograb it there was never an apology, just excuses and basically turning it on us that we had a big order. When we finally got itwe asked if they had made sure to double-check the order and she said yes. When we got home and opened the order they had infact missed a dish so we had to go back to get it. Again, there was no apology for this, just a "that's your bag". A familymember lives close to this restaurant so they order from here alot, as well as whenever their family comes into town there is abig group brought in. I can guarantee that it will be awhile before any of us go back, which is sad because all it would havetaken was some acknowledgement on the girl's part that they messed up and an apology would have gone a LONG way. Order was to be meatless dishes and they came with meat .When calling restaurant to notify they weren't going to do anything. 8... year customer is now done .Yes misunderstanding on your part. I had two dishes was supposed to be meatless. Super friendly! Ordered take out and I came a little early, and was ready super quick once I got there and they offered a seat... and drink while I waited. Food was great and good sized portions. Read more

I was given fried rice with protein that was spoiled. I informed the waitress and was still charged for it. I used to come here... often, not knowing their lack of food safety. I don't think I will come back. Read more

Amazing food as always, my usual go to place for asian food.

I ordered the wonton and had one Bite and sent it back, for 5$ I would prefer to buy a pair of dirty socks and wear them for the... rest of my life. I went up to pay and they still charged me for it, took my lumps and left feeling worse then when I went it.Had the hotwock vermicelli bowl and it was meh better cheaper places around. If you want to spend 20$ go to delight buffet upthe street. Way better food. Read more

Will not go back. Would not recommend. I?m not sure if ownership has changed, but this was completely awful. We ordered 2 simple... vermicelli noodle bowls: one just noodles and spring rolls, the other pork and spring rolls. The spring rolls now lackflavour... except for the RE-deep fried in old oil flavour. My pork tasted like it was used from 2 week-old leftovers. There wasbarely any vegetables: literally 3 bean sprouts... 3 BEAN SPROUTS, the lettuce was also basically nonexistent, wilted andbrown/rotted. The noodles also seemed to be over-cooked and had an abnormal ?old? taste. This meal was a waste of money and lefta bad taste in my mouth... literally AND figuratively. Read more

We ordered our food and my shrimp was cold like they just pulled out of the fridge my friend. My daughter and myself did not eat... our food but we did pay full price for it and would not recommend to anyone . Read more
