Bed extremely comfortable. Staff very obliging. Convenient location. Perfect location for taking in a show at TCU Place. Beautiful hotel. All the staff we encountered were friendly and... professional. Really comfortable bed and pillows and a nice, clean room. Temperature control worked well. Liked the little barof Dove soap they have in the bathroom. Liked the extra security of having to use your room key card to access the parkade andhotel floors. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location! The room had a great bathroom with a big soaker tub and a separate shower. Lots... of towels were provided along with coffee and tea in the room. This is a location that I would stay at again. Read more

Apart from parking, our time here was great. We arrived very late, unloaded, then found our truck was at the max height to use... the parkade and we weren?t willing to risk it. Staff did their best to be helpful navigating the other local options, our faultfor booking downtown I suppose. The new city parking app was a nightmare, hopefully they iron out the kinks quick. I dislike theidea either way of the hotel extorting an additional parking fee unless it?s something they?re heftily taxed on though, adjustthe rates to include it. Staff at all hours and in all spaces were wonderfully friendly. The front canteen area was well stockedwith both standard grab and go junk food as well as fresh items. You can borrow a guitar or a bike as your interests lead you,which was neat. The pool and gym are accessed through the lobby, and you have to cross it to ask for pool towels at the frontdesk which was a bit awkward. We didn?t use the lounge but the restaurant was fast and tasty. The whole facility was clean andbright, if a bit hot (while it was 37° outside though). Keyed elevators add a layer of security. Our room was a spacious suite,as we were traveling with family. It seemed a bit odd the sole trash can was in the bathroom. I am also not a fan of the glassbarn doors for bathrooms. One wants the light not to spill out to your roommates in the dark, and the smells to be sealed inalways. We appreciated the larger sized Dove brand toiletries, ample for everyone and a familiar brand. The bed was comfortableand the sheets like butter, but the pull-out couch was definitely a hide-a-bed. Ok for kids, adults would be hurting the nextday if spending the entire night on it. The room did a great job of keeping noise out but the curtains definitely didn?t do asgood a job with light. Parking is Somewhat of a Nightmare. There is no sign or instruction on how you should park for checking in. (You cannot enter... the parking garage before you have your room key cards.) And the parking is not included in the room rate. $15 per Day as ofJune. 2022. (I hope it was indicated more clearly when booking the room.) Positive: It's a great, safe, kid and pet friendly hotel with a nice pool, gym, and just 15$ gets you indoor parking. The front... staff were super friendly and outgoing during my checkin, it made my hotel experience feel like I was home. I?ve stayed here many times and have always enjoyed the hotel. Great staff and accommodations. Super clean. I dropped a star ... this stay as the lounge had no non alcoholic beer, for the three nights I was there. Should always have some especially if it?snoticed and requested. Read more
