Stopped in before a show. Ordered a veggie sandwich. Was almost $10 and i got a sandwich on a plate. Not cut. No chips or side... ....no parsley for pretty making. For $10... i expected a bit more...sandwich. other than that it was ok. The sandwich was 8/10.A little juicy. I guess its the river front. Cukes are more expensive there i suppose. The staff was friendly. I guess as oneeats around the city...you get sandwiches and then you get sides of sandwiches. Atmosphere was chill. Decor nice. Ill pop inagain. Coffee was really tasty. It was clean. If youve lived in the city for decades, its an odd place to sit. The area hasreally come up well. But as this city grows so can we patrons. Its a nice switch up from drive thru cafes. The gingerbreadcookies were really gingery my gd was eating. Nice place. Just fill up the plate a little more. Parsley, chips....cherrytomatoes are inexpensive. Throw them on the plate! Voila! Nice little cafe with decent coffee & food. The service was friendly & inviting. Beware the hours posted on the door are not... necessarily the hours of operation, however they are quick to notify you as you walk in, so there are no surprises. Read more

When I used to live in Sasktoon, this used to be one of my favorites. I was visiting S'toon last month and they still continue... to maintain their standards. I just love the zucchini chocolate bread -- a bite into the soft bread is enough to be transportedto heaven. And, the egg sandwich is my second favorite. The only thing, I feel they can improve is to have more gluten & diaryfree baking items and sandwiches made on gluten free bread. Read more
