I have been to Fable ice cream several times over the years for their unique but great flavours I have never seen any where... else. I have not tried all the flavours but some of my favorites are the rhubarb crisp,Darkside Donut and the Salted Carmel. Thestaff here is always very friendly and helpful but wish the menu was east to read as it is hard for people to read with visualdifficulties. I have always been here with some one else who helped me with the menu boards. It can also be a little slow whenbusy do to the small shop and not being able to see the menu ahead of ordering on your turn. Seating is all outside the shopwith lots of benches and places to sit. This is the best of the best Ice cream I?ve ever had, im dairy free and Fable has the most delicious dairy free ice cream (their... dairy ice cream is really good too) but I?m not from Sask so when I make a trip out I ALWAYS make sure to stop here! Their housemade waffle cones are delicious along with a big scoop of ice cream and I love love love the coffee they serve! Finally had a chance to check out the new Fable location and it's really nice! The ice cream however... is still fantastic! Hand... made with care and high quality, the unique flavours keep you coming back for more! We like the Salted Caramel and the RhubarbCheesecake in particular. I had the Rhubarb Crumble. It was awesome. Tasted like summertime. My son had the Raspberry goat cheese, he loved it. Hubby had... the Berry with Lavender. Again, loved it. A real quiet drive home, we were too busy eating our delicious ice cream. Will bevisiting again. Read more
The ice cream here is fantastic! They also make their own waffle cones and sometimes when it?s busy you?ll get a freshly made... waffle cone. This place is great for ice and their customer service is just as great. Even when the line is out the door andthey are being slammed with orders, they still continue to be super friendly and will offer samples of the different flavoursthey have. The bourbon, egg nog and gingerbread are the most delicious flavours that I?ve had this winter. Although their summerice creams are just as delicious! This place is a must try for great ice cream. One of my favourite places in the neighbourhood. Delicious ice cream and always friendly staff. I used to work in an ice cream... shop and had a wonderful time and every time I walk into Fable it makes me want that experience again. The ice cream is so tastyand constantly cycling keeps it feeling fresh, but luckily they keep some constant just in case they cycle your favourite out. Ican?t say enough good things about this place. Amazing place for a cold treat! Lots of unique flavours to choose from. I had a peach milkshake and it was AMAZING!! FYI, the... prices are a little on the higher side, but you do get a high quality product. They even have specialty coffees if ice creamisn't your thing. Check them out, you won't be disappointed! Delicious! Got to check out Fable on a recent work trip to Saskatoon and it did not disappoint. I got the Earl Grey, which was... awesome. Every other flavour my friends got also got a major thumbs up. A must-visit if you're in Saskatoon. Read more
