Starving from travelling all day and highly disappointed!! This was a terrible experience. We ordered online at 8:51, we could... only pick the 9:20 pick up time....we were there at 9:16....had to wait till 9:44 for our order to be ready after we had to askagain where our order was. The back of the house was all laughs and having a blast in the back...would of been great of theycould put that much effort into getting food out hot and on time!! I could see our food boxes sitting under the heatlamps...waiting.... Then when we get to our room(hotel attached to the restaurant) our food is luke warm...very disappointed.Almost $70 in food and well below sub par. When we talk to the manager he tells us that he can't give us a rebate or discountb/c we did it online and already paid. Asking us if we want a free milkshake isn't really acceptable for having to wait almostan hour for food from a restaurant that has 3 tables actively eating in it. If we were not starving we would of taken the foodback and asked for a full refund....ughhhh Read more
Went there for a Sunday brunch. The service was exquisite despite how busy it was. The hash browns were crispy, the gravy on... spot and the pancakes as fluffy as ever! The servers were nice and kind. Took the time to explain and recommend dishes. I can?tstress how mouthwatering the Philadelphia omelette was! Definitely visiting again. Ksenia was our server and was very kind and attentive to our 4 children. Bringing them kids menus and making sure they had... crayons. It was late at night and kids were hungry after a long day of travel. Food was good. I tried the build your own burgerfor the first time and would do it again. There were also two other girls that helped us out and a male manager, all 3 of themwere also helpful and very pleasant. Great staff. My only complaint was that we had 2 families and asked to be on separatebills. She put through the first order while she took the second order and 3 of our party was pretty much finished their meal bythe time our ?second order? went through. That left two hungry kids watching their cousins eat while they sat their waiting atleast 5-8min for their own food to arrive. My suggestion in the future if possible would be to split the bill after ordering sothat all food was submitted at the same time. Another table who came in after us was served between when our ?first order? wassubmitted and the ?second order?. And they had 4-5 people as well. Which was also frustrating for our children. Went in with a friend as we were craving breakfast for dinner and it was great. Our waitress Jessica was super personable but... professional so it made the experience so much more enjoyable as it didn?t seem like she was reading off of a script. Our foodwas delivered promptly and we were checked with twice, once to check on food and once to refill our drinks. Overall it was alovely experience and we will be coming back. Read more
Wasn't busy, but i think our waitress forgot about us. We ordered our drinks and she forgot 1 of the waters. Nobody came around... with coffee. My nephew's pancakes were missing the whipped cream. We asked for 2 sides of gravy only got 1. Waitress never cameback to check on us after food was dropped off. The food was amazing and hot. But the lack of service was out of the normal, wewill probably go again. Read more
We were greet with great customer service and taken to our seat. Waiter provided the menu and gave the kids some crayons and... colouring activity they could do while we wait. The food was great and everyone enjoyed their meal. We were taking photos andthe waiter offer to take a group photo for us. Overall, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Read more
Our server Autumn was easy to talk to, and cheerful. Despite being super busy at the time that we visited the restaurant. People... need to realize that during busy times, the staff has to keep track of many tables with many people all at the same time... Ourserver made our visit pleasant! Read more
Maria was amazing! Such a good soul. Good service good food. It matters to me as a cook in the industry to have a personal and... attentive server with personality and understanding. No body wants up beat service that seems manufactured. She was herself.Love it. Read more
