Food was great but some staff members were being kind of rude... they were acting very impatient with us and were even chatting... about tiktok or something, they?re young though so I guess it?s okay. Read more

The young servers/workers were visiting and fooling around with their friends rather than doing their jobs ????. It was a bit... unprofessional. The intercom used at the till wasn't great. We had a difficult time understanding what he was saying when heused it. The food itself was good, as always. Read more

Ice cream cakes are amazing, but everything is so pricy. I love dq but man the prices are going up ???? not too long of a wait... at this location, staff are friendly. The only problem I have is one of the employees makes me very uncomfortable as I went toschool with him and he'd message me very inappropriate things Read more

Used to be good but recently every time I order the fries are barley warm. They will give new fries but here is a brilliant... idea: Give hot/fresh fries to customer instead of the old fries that have been sitting there. Read more

I am posting here because I bought two boxes of dilly bars a couple weeks ago and when I opened the 2nd box a week later I found... all of the dilly bar packages were wide open. I went to exchange the box and they wouldn?t accept the exchange because I didn?tbring it back the same day?. I expect there to be a little understanding that customers sometimes like to have some DQ on hand.Rather disappointed. Read more

Went after a long time. As a repeat customer, the food was good. We all were hungry as well. Four huge burgers made our day.

I got a large Oreo blizzard like I always do when I get something from Dairy Queen but today's blizzard had a chunk of peanut in... it or a candy that contains peanut in it. This is the first it has happened in years and I am only giving it a bad review due tothe way the worker on the phone handled the situation. There was no empathy or apology. I am allergic to peanuts. As long as Ido not consume them, I can be around them. However, halfway through my large sized blizzard today, I took a bite into what Ithought was an Oreo chunk and to my surprise it was a peanut. As a pharmacy student, I got concerned with what if others who arealso allergic order today from a contain that may have had a chunk that fell into the Oreo container or in what is stored atDairy Queen. Upon making the phone call, the worker did not offer an apology or anything, just went straight to telling me theycannot guarantee anything is peanut residue free. Which I understand, but I do not expect to have a physical peanut piece in myblizzard. I am just concerned with the way things were stored and was worried others would receive a reaction that is much worsethan mine. I understand I can tell workers to sanitise between machines, but if there is a large chunk of peanut in my blizzard, then that isn't a sanitation problem but a contamination problem. I really hope the worker let their colleagues and manager knowand checked the containers thoroughly. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Read more

Food is good and the Employee's were great and understanding, but management needs to get rid of those speakers at the tills. It... is impossible to understand what the cashier is saying or for them to hear costumers. It's like they went out of their way tofind the worst possible speaker/mic on this planet, a wireless can on a string would sound clearer. Read more
