Literally got my order wrong three out of three times in the last 2 months that I've went there. The employees mumble they don't... even look like they're conscious. The second time I was in there there was at least six people waiting for food that was wrongand trying to figure things out with the employees it was an absolute gong Show and took a half an hour to get food. Highlyrecommend avoiding this place unless you want to wait a long time for the wrong food and have to work with incompetentemployees. Also no ketchup in the bag in one napkin. With the food costing almost double of other places. Read more

Been excellent since day 1 years ago, service is still to this date very friendly and welcoming..never had a mistake made in the... orders. And now with having a kid of my own who loves ice cream, we will be around more often since it's the closest to ourhome. Read more

Incredibly slow staff and no quality control. The teenagers working here do not care about anything. Minimum 10 minutes to get... through the drive-thru, sometimes more like 20 and the blizzards are always melted. The buster bars we just bought were freezerburnt. Read more

Food is good but like dang. We ordered and then we were the only ones there and we saw our food sitting on the heating thing. We... timed it and it was just over 5 mins until someone noticed and gave us our food that was just sitting there lol. Should try toget the food to the customer quicker than that, especially when its just sitting under the heating plate. Read more

I waited 15 minutes in the ?Drive-Thru? and when I got home I discovered the order was wrong (got a chicken burger instead of a... cheeseburger). Either way the burger was cold and my two blizzards were melted and dripping everywhere because I had to sit andwait even longer for onion rings. When I complained to the young man at the window he told me they were very busy because itwas lunch and there was a high school across the road. I told him I understood all of that but 15 minutes was too long to waitfor fast food and that he should tell his manager they needed more staff at lunch. He admitted there was only one cook. Sohere?s the question DQ management: why do you only have one cook on at a VERY busy location at the busiest time of the day? Very disappointed in the service at this location and it seems to be getting worse. Don?t leave your young and inexperiencedcounter/window staff hanging by not having enough back up in the kitchen!
