The pasta I ordered was extremely spicy and I sent it back to be re-made. The server said I?d have to pay double the price to... get it replaced. I asked for the manager who came out. He didn?t apologize or care what I thought. He said he had no problemmaking me another dish but I would pay due both. I said no, that?s unacceptable, and my family members and I have been eatingthere for 15 years. The manager was rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and didn?t care at all about us as customers. The forks are not diner forks. My meatballs tasted like old beef. The sauce in my lasagna had no flavour. The waiter waited a... half hour before bringing my drink. I had to remind him! My Italian hormones surged to new heights after eating here. I was speaking in fettuccine, Alfredo and other dialects with... superb fluency. The meal was so Italian my mother sensed a disturbance in the force, called me after and said I wasn't eatingenough and that I was too skinny. Every pizza I've eaten since hasn't been the same. Great Service as always! Server/Bartender was Dalton he?s been here for years always fast and friendly. I got a Large Pasta Dish... it was a mountain of food. I could only finish half but why not take it home. We went for lunch... Appears they weren't running their lunch pasta bar. Just another couple in there. Our server was friendly... and helpful, and the food was great! The interior could use some updates. It's not old but the interior design is starting to feel outdated. My family ordered off... the fettuccine section. Alot of the sauces were on the blander side and the pasta was way too thick to be fettuccine. I orderedthe fettuccine carribean which was one of the only fettuccine dishes with some amount of flavour but it still lacked the spiceof most curry dishes and it used the fake shredded crab instead of the real thing. I would rate this place lower if it wasn'tfor the wonderful costumer service and amazing bread. The coffee was pretty good too.
