Order 92 - Drive Thru Aug 4, 2022 Ordered "2 for 8 Whoppers as well as a poutine." Total came to $12.85. Went home and saw that... there are only 2 Whoppers without the Poutine and I was charged $4 extra for it. I tried calling the number, I have no idea whatthey have done to it, it says "It can't be reached" after 10 tries. This was well before closing. I made a trip there. Not theemployee nor the manager offered any apologies for the mess and they said that the discount was discontinued a month ago, and ifyou want poutine, we can charge you for it and make it. If the discount is no longer available, why the employees don't botherto inform the customers when they specifically ask for "2 for 8 Whoppers." I ordered 2 burgers (pesto chicken club) , chicken fries and drinks . The fries were good . But the burgers were the worst as... they could be. There was very little sauce and the patty seemed a bit old. After confronting the crew, i was replied with ," itcomes with this much sauce only" and was offered sauce on the side. Being an ex-burger king employee (worked for almost 8months) , I felt very bad that the customers at this store are not served good, as I know the amount of sauce to be added on aburger. *Kindly avoid this store. * Read more

I was at Burger King this evening and not only did they forget items in my bag but my chicken had to have been sitting under a... heat lamp or something for close to an hour, and the bacon was raw, I know this because I have worked in a kitchen for 10 yearsand know quite a bit, I would say, lack of leadership, and quality control are the main problems here. The burgers are always yummy here. Plus they have cherry cola in the fountain drink tap ????
