Food was bland, and I dont know why. Ordered Spaghetti with Marinara sauce and 3 Meatballs on the side. I am very disappointed.... I know the salt & pepper shakers are there, but still the food had absolutely no taste at all. And I usually never use theshakers, but this time, I did. The oven-baked chicken wings were fine. Went with my friend and we both ordered fettuccine. She ordered with shrimp and I had the chicken. When the waitress dropped off... the food(not the waitress who took our order) she set it down in front of us and disappeared before I could even ask for pepperand parmesan. Got it from another waitress anyway. Started to eat and the pasta was SO underdone it was chewy as hell. Alsowasn't even hit, just slightly warm. So we sent it back. Our waitress was awesome about it and got us a new order. This one cameout piping hot and cooked just right. She said the cook told her they always cook the pasta al dente...this was way less cookedthan all dente. Lol Anyway, in the end we got our food and enjoyed it but wasn't many shrimp on my friends pasta. Overall notoverly thrilled with this place. Read more
The quality of the food is Boston Pizza good. Although we ordered crispy wings and they were far from crispy. The quality of... the service was disappointing. The restaurant is understaffed and the wait for service has been a negative to the diningexperience. Be prepared to be patient. Be prepared to get thirsty. Read more
One of our favorite places to eat, the food is always amazing and staff on top of things. We had a large group with people that... don't speak very good English and our waitress was patient and kept her humour while keeping our orders straight. My hubby and I came into BP's for lunch.. It was nice and cool inside the restaurant. We sat in the dining room and there was... noone else in there at the time. We got our Drinks quick and ordered our food. The Waitress was really quick with the drinks andthe starter nachos. She was super friendly and gave off good vibes. The only thing I managed to take a picture of was the VirginCaesar I ordered. I recommend this location for your next BPs craving. Staff is kind and polite. Read more
Wow! The BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Placed a pick up order at 5pm and was told it would be ready in 20-25... minutes. Then went to Little Caesars to get the kids the pizza they wanted. Arrived at BPs at 5:27pm but my order had not beenplaced. Manager offered to make the order and have it delivered to my house, on them, so the kids hot and ready would still behot. Read more
I travel for work and I love sports so I find myself at a BPs a lot. Hands down the best one I’ve been into, food was... excellent the place is spotless. Philip was our bartender and server last night he did an awesome job never had to wait foranything drinks, food or even next weeks football picks LOL. if your in the area stop by you will not be disappointed.
