Probably the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Took forever just to get drinks but they didn’t all come as... ordered. Food all came out separately, the first people to receive food were done before the last food was out. Once the foodwas delivered the waitress ignored us and continued to flirt with the table behind us. Don’t waste your time or money. Read more
Thought we would try again after several bad experiences, but never again. Had to ask for plates, cutlery, napkins, parmesan... cheese and chili's ect... basically everything we needed for our meal. Noone even came to ask how the meals were, and theyweren't great... Were also given the wrong bill and overcharged and were offered a gift certificate as a refund.... not afterthe poor service we received all night! waitress was somewhat friendly, but the food wasn’t very good. cactus cuts came out very hard and crunchy like they had been... sitting for hours and my buffalo wings had clearly sat under the heat for a while as they weren’t very good either. ordered aspicy perogy pizza that didn’t have a lot of flavour as well as a bandera bread that we asked for sriracha ranch with which wedidn’t receive but were still charged for. I once forgot my purse here, our waitress kept it to put in the office until I called and left a name on it until I was able to... pick it up! Staff went above and beyond to make sure my valuable was safe. Great experience before I left the purse as well! Thanks coco! Read more
The pizzas we ordered were very short on toppings and centre dressed. It is obvious that BP is cutting costs. I've seen others... in food industry cut food quality to save money and it surprises me that they think the customers won't notice. Read more
We really enjoy coming here. The service is always been good and prompt. We live in the neighborhood so it's a quick drive over... and our kids love their food. They always have new menu options as well which is nice for us to try. This time I tried the newsnowball fishbowl and it might be my new favorite drink! Would recommend! Read more
Came in a bright mood. I was dressed in a tucked plaid shirt with blue jeans and cowboy looking shoes. Made a joke I was a... waiter for Montanas (down the road), and pretended to take everyones order. Son had a crayon kit and had his kids menu laid outand circled with what he wanted to eat...others sat around us 10 min after...more after 15 minutes. They had there drinksalready and were waiting on their food. Not me, or my lil First Nations family. After 20 minutes and 34 seconds we left. Thenight was not done. After mocking Montanas, we drove down to Montanas and we're welcomed with a smile and drinks/orders withinminutes. Appetizer out within 3 minutes. Montanas review to follow. Read more
