Got delivery, food missing from several meals, food cold, and dessert went in the garbage for being rock hard and inedible. Thai... chicken wraps were missing any sort of sauce in them, all around zero. They were very short staffed which impacted the time it took to get drinks and food. My friend ordered thai shrimp bites or... something like that from the appetizer menu and it was cold. I ordered Bandera bread, they never gave us the sauce for itthough. It tasted good otherwise. Read more

My partner and I went in to dine, we sat in the lounge. Both of us are well overage but I definitely look young so server asks... us for ID, I noticed I didn’t have mine. So he rather rudely moved us to a dirty table in the dining room. Gave us no menus.Might I add that there was maybe 3 tables occupied. Absolutely abysmal food. Huge chunks of PURE FAT used as BACON on pizza. Barely any recognizable meats on the meteor pizza.... Spaghetti was way overcooked and we had to pay EXTRA for enough sauce to coat the pasta. The garlic toast was cold and theserver used the excuse they had only been there 5 months. I think after 5 months they should do decent service. No free refillson soft drinks and when I pointed out we had been billed last time for refills on soda, the manager offered 10% off the bill.The total of the refills we were charged for was about $20. Last time. That's far more than 10% off would be. No, you have lostus after 25 years. Your place is empty for a reason. Bad food and worse service and out right stealing by jacking up the bill.Refills ARE supposed to be FREE for pop but you are adding them on to the bill hoping no one notices. If I could give this locations kitchen a zero I would. I am so tired of ordering (dine-in or take-out) the food is awful, if... it's not spinach dip or pizza bread it might as well go in the trash. I know this is harsh but with the cost of things thesedays I don't think any business can afford to put out such poor quality food to its customers. Like are you kidding me I got agrilled Thai chicken wrap, think they could get that right, nope. It's disgusting the sauce is warm mayo and some partiallysoggy noodles with lettuce and chicken. NOT A HINT OF THAI, NOT CRUNCHY NOODLES, NO RED ONIONS OR CILANTRO. The front of housestaff has been great when we have ate in I feel sorry for them having to take this food to their customers. As stated in theirmenu: Thai Chicken Wrap Chicken breast, lettuce, red onions, carrots, cilantro, mayo, and crunchy Asian noodles, tossed in ourThai chili sauce and wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla. If I have to choose the bar side is always the best. Of course I don’t have kids. The service is awesome, very genuine and... caring, the drinks arrived fast and very good, and the food was overall very good and fresh looking. The pizza I asked very goodand the big deeper (favorite of us) very good and tasty as always. My only criticism and the reason why I’m not giving thefive stars is that the deep was not that deep :( usually is for two people and like 5 kilometers deeper would make it moresatisfactory). My hubby and I came in for supper and were able to seat ourselves in the lounge. We ordered our drinks and then food. When the... waitress came to check in I mentioned that my meal was cold. She said that I could replace it and I did. My hubby was good withhis meal and I received my replacement meal. It was way better. After we were done she offered us free dessert, so we sharedcheecake. We were happy that the restaurant took the time to make it right, when they missed the mark. We really enjoyed and wewill be back. Read more
