Go somewhere else! Our server was pleasant but it took a very long time to get our drinks and almost 45 mins from order time to... table to get a simple pizza and wings. If the place was busy, it would be understandable but we were a table of two and one of5 tables in the whole restaurant and 3 of them were already eating or finishing up! I place an online order for pickup at approximately 5:05 pm. I arrived to pickup my order just before 5:30 pm. It should only be... 20 minutes on average. It was not ready yet, but that was okay. I waited for an extra 15 minutes, as I could hear a supervisorgetting upset with the kitchen staff that the guest is waiting and there was no boston brute ready to go, or the rest of theorder. I found it unprofessional in earshot of customers. The food was handed to me and I went on my way. The sandwiches wereslapped together and sloppy. Last visit Waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged in our seats, table next to us had an order taken, left. Best meal I've... ever had at this location is mediocre, other choices with way better overall customer experiences available all over the northend. Disappointed enough times at this location that'll if we want Boston Pizza we'll just go to one of the other locations. Read more

im not to rite reviews nd complaine BUT worst place ever,grandson ordered cotton candy drink thing,the glass was full to top top... with ice,mite of 1/4 cup of milk,i asked for a 2nd 1 with no ice,it came 3/4 full of ice,i ordered big dipper,thin sliced steaksandwich,couldnt even chew the the meat,it was so tough,there was no horeradish mayo,hardly no cheese to even taste.$10 for 14onion rings,biggest dissapointment ever i will say the service was great though Read more
