Rude staff and feces covered bathroom: The one girl was really rude. we are from out of town. We bought our drinks and sat down... at one of the tables/bench bar to enjoy our juices. Other staff told her she didn?t need to do things or could do stuff later,your bothering customers. her response was ? ha this will make them leave faster?. take into consideration we were sittingquietly while I finished filling out a form for an appointment. at least her co-worker was polite and considerate. I doappreciate her and that she tried. On top of this the bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING!! there was actual feces all over theplace! including down the side of the garbage can!?!? Made me nauseous seeing this and walked straight out. If it wasn?t forthe issues with cleanliness I would have given it a two or three stars. even after the one girl was rude but both made thiswhole thing a really bad experience for us. Read more
I had a lovely experience here yesterday around 5:30pm. I was helped by a tall fellow with his hair tied up who was extremely... kind and enthusiastic, but I didn't catch his name. Then a young lady who I think the guy called "Carmella" was making mysmoothie and she was very efficient and the smoothie tasted soooo good. Thank you for having awesome staff. Read more

Bad experience. My order got missed. When I told the person at the till that 3 groups that had been behind me were served before... me I was told they were serving in order and they were short staffed. There was 4 people behind the counter so they didn'tappear to be short staffed. Then when they realized that my order had been skipped my drink was made and plunked down and shescurried away. An apology from someone would have been appropriate. Read more
Morning service is horrible. Lady was washing stuff in the back with headphones on. Asked for help a few times, nothing. The... last thing anyone wants after waking up is to be ignored. Why be open that early when your employee's don't want to work... Read more
I did not have a good experience at this location today and will probably not go back. I asked for an item that was on the menu... and was told it was discontinued. The girl helping me recommended another item that was similar and also helped work around mydietary preferences which was nice. Suddenly another worker comes out from the back and tells me the original item I wanted wasnot discontinued, so I tell her I will take that one. Neither of the girls know how to run this through on the till as myoriginal order was already processed. They gave me incorrect change at least 4 times and I had to correct it. The mostuncomfortable part of this was that the 2 girls seemed to be very frustrated with each other and one was being quite rude, andby the time I got my order she also seemed to be angry with me. Watched my smoothie be made incorrectly (used to work at this franchise so I know the recipes), worker became upset when I asked... for the smoothie to be made correctly. Worker was incredibly rude and proceeded to tell the customers in the store that a workerdidn?t show up today and she isn?t supposed to be there tonight and that?s why things won?t be up to speed. Worker was rollingeyes and shaking head upon customers walking into store. Asked for pesto panini and told I can?t order it as they are too shortstaffed. I love booster juice but the experience at this location was one of the worst customer service experience I ever had.Worker had also told customers waiting in line that they will have to wait even longer as a skip order just came in. Iunderstand short staffing but the rudeness of this employee was off the charts. I WILL NOT return to this location. If I couldgive a half star review I would. Read more
