Since the 2 Juices I bought wound up in the garbage, I?m thinking 0 stars would have been fair but I guess that?s not an option.... I bought two Pineapple freeze drinks for my boys and upon first sips they were referred to as both ? gross? and ?disgusting,?before being tossed in the garbage. They were so chunky and tasted of watered down unripened fruit. Also, I?m pretty sure thevanilla frozen yogurt wasn?t even put in it at all. Usually I have a great experience at this location but unfortunately there was an extremely unpleasant girl working tonight. She... was rude and seemed like she hates her job. I ordered a quesadilla and she didn?t even acknowledge that she heard me or sayanything. I assumed she had and proceeded with my order. After slamming my booster juice in the counter she proceeded to head tothe back to do dishes. I asked if my quesadilla was coming and she throws open the grill says ?it?s in there. It had to cook for3 mins or it raw. I can give it to you now if you want.? I was thrown back by her rudeness and slamming of the grilled so Ideclined her offer to serve me raw food. When it was done, no thank you or even a napkin. She went back to slamming dishesaround. Worst experience ever!!! If you don?t like your job just quit and find a new one. Friday April 16 at 7:30pm I came into the store to get a snack size matcha monsoon. The girl working did not acknowledge me... coming into the store and continued to ignore me while she was writing out tasks from the closing checklist at the front til.Once she was done, she didn't apologize for the wait, which was long and awkward as I was standing right in front of her. I gaveher my order and specifically asked for the matcha monsoon to be made thick. What I recieved was the equivalent of a cup ofalmond milk with a hint of match and some floating chunks of vanilla frozen yogurt. As someone who worked at a booster juice for5 years through high school and my first couple of years of college, I have never seen someone show so much incompetence atmaking a smoothie nor lack of care for a customer's requests. There are no excuses for her behaviour or poor quality and it'sdisappointing to see someone like her representing a company that I enjoyed working for for so many years. Read more
LemonBerry needs to stick around all year long. The lady working there was mean to me I don?t know why but the smoothies make it... worth-while it?s a good protein fix on a hot day. The protein booster balls are a nice little sweet fix also so the menu isGREAT but the tanned lady needs to CHILL(NO Pun) out and enjoy the nice and cool healthy atmosphere !!! Read more
The smoothies are always delicuous, but the customer service needs work. Went in with my family and we didn't get a smile or a... greeting. Most of the time the girls are just talking gossip and on their phones and not putting effort into making theircustomers happy when entering the store. This is the best Booster spot in town. My first time there, there was a staff in training making my smoothie. It took her longer... because she was measuring everything out but my god I?m so happy she was there. It was the best smoothie I ever had, better thannormal since it was my regular. Read more
It's impressive this place can make smoothies with out using a blender. Thanks for the day old smoothie, that wasn't even right.
